I am a certified Pilates instructor and a lifelong fitness enthusiast who has explored everything from isometric training to high-intensity interval workouts. But my true passion lies in Pilates—a practice I believe is the key to unlocking strength, flexibility, overall athletic performance, and a deep mind-body connection.
Bringing my signature energy and creativity to every class, I design dynamic, engaging workouts that challenge both the body and mind. I incorporate a variety of tools and techniques—one day, you might find yourself on a BOSU or TRX, and the next, mastering movements on the Reformer and Mat. My sessions are tailored to keep clients challenged, build strength, improve balance, and enhance flexibility, all while fostering a growth mindset.
Beyond the studio, I am an adventurer at heart. Whether I’m carving down the slopes, exploring new destinations, or giving back through volunteer work, I bring the same enthusiasm and dedication to everything I do. Before becoming a Pilates instructor, I co-founded an environmentally conscious consumer products company and built a successful career in marketing and public relations across both corporate and nonprofit sectors.
